Prisoners of the Sea has me in its hooks. I am about half way through the book and can't wait to get back to it. The story has a good balance between literary style, adventure theme, uncertain events, and fun. I highly recommend it!
We finally got new furniture. I say finally because we have been living for over a year with just a glider rocker in the living room. A very dirty one at that. We have guests over frequently and I usually tell them to have a seat on the floor. No Longer!!! The house actually looks like grown-ups live here. Previously you would have guessed that the homestead had been overrun by toddlers on a sugar high. Although that is mostly true, my husband and I DO live here, and up until recently the evidence that supports the fact was lacking.
